Before trying out the three-ingredient cookie recipe, this recipe was my go-to for any occasion that needed cookies! Beloved by vegetarians and people who are gluten-free, this cookie recipe is perfect for parties, sleepovers, and school bake sales!

Information:
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter (salted butter works too, just eliminate the sea salt)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, rolled oats, baking soda, and sea salt.
In a separate bowl, add the melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and whisk.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add the chocolate chips and stir.
Take a spoon and drop mounds of the dough onto the prepared baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool and Enjoy!
