Oatmeal Almond Flour Cookies!

Before trying out the three-ingredient cookie recipe, this recipe was my go-to for any occasion that needed cookies! Beloved by vegetarians and people who are gluten-free, this cookie recipe is perfect for parties, sleepovers, and school bake sales!


Information:

  • Preparation time: 15 minutes

  • Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (salted butter works too, just eliminate the sea salt)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, rolled oats, baking soda, and sea salt.

  • In a separate bowl, add the melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and whisk.

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add the chocolate chips and stir.

  • Take a spoon and drop mounds of the dough onto the prepared baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Cool and Enjoy!
